Admin Tab- Manage user access
We've added a new User Management feature that allows Cosmos Admin users to easily invite and manage internal and external users who need access to a campaign website insight in the client portal. From the new Client Team page, you can add users, search for existing users, and manage their access. The feature also includes Azure Active Directory integration for seamless user management.
Admin Tab- Auto Approval Switch of submitted receipts
We've introduced a new feature that allows Cosmos users and account managers to enable or disable the auto-approval of submitted participation receipts for website campaigns. This feature can be accessed through a switch on the admin tab of the website, giving you the flexibility to manage the approval process according to your needs.
Admin portal- Handel custom partner/location level flags for offer displaying.
We have added two new custom fields in Dynamics that control the visibility of offers in Cosmos. These fields are associated with the Location and Partner entities, respectively. The new fields will be displayed in Cosmos on the respective entity pages, as well as on the Offer page, to provide a clear overview of the offer's visibility status. Offers will be hidden or filtered out from website listings, automation, results, and the listings API response based on these field values, giving you granular control over offer visibility.
Credit system- Note: This Mechanic is still being built and not ready to be used!
Credit System - Step 3.A - Test codes, Context menu and edit for batches
We've enhanced the Credit System Mechanic wizard to provide a seamless experience for managing test codes and code batches. In the wizard, you can now download automatically generated test codes for distribution and testing purposes. Each test code grants 100 credit points to the consumer's profile upon usage. Additionally, we've improved the code batch tiles with a contextual menu, allowing you to preview codes, download code batches, generate code URLs, and delete batches easily. You can also edit and rename code batches by clicking on their respective tiles.
Credit system - Step 3.B -Configure Participation Action - Receipt
A feature in the Credit System Mechanic wizard that allows Cosmos users to configure the credit value assigned to a submitted receipt. In the wizard, you can now set up the "Configure Participation Action" for receipts, including the new Credit Conversion Rules section. This section allows you to define rules for credits, which can be separated by new lines. The wizard also includes improved navigation and validation, ensuring a smooth user experience when configuring receipt credit rules.
Credit System - Step 4 - Configure Claim Journey Details
We've added a step to the Consumer Journey wizard for the new Credit System mechanic. This step allows Cosmos users to configure the Claim Journey details for their website. In this mandatory step, users can set the Claim Journey name and description, as well as toggle the Claim Form on or off. The wizard includes improved navigation and validation, ensuring a smooth user experience when configuring the Claim Journey details. The Cancel, Next, Save, and Back buttons have been updated to handle various scenarios, such as unsaved changes and mandatory field validation.

The Cancel, Next, Save, and Back buttons have been updated to handle various scenarios, such as unsaved changes and mandatory field validation in the previous step.

We've added a new step called "Offers" to the Consumer Journey wizard for the Credit System mechanic. This step allows Cosmos users to select or deselect the listing pots they want to associate with their journey and route. The step appears after the "Claim Journey Details" step and is skippable. Users can view a list of their created and saved listing pots, and easily select or deselect them using checkboxes. The wizard includes improved navigation and validation, ensuring a smooth user experience when selecting offers. The Cancel, Save, and Back buttons have been updated to handle various scenarios, such as unsaved changes and mandatory field validation in the previous step.
