New features

Web Builder

  1. Users can now upload PDF documents directly to campaign website pages. This allows you to easily share documents like terms and conditions, contest rules, governmental policies, and more without having to create custom web pages.

Note: If any parts of this document changes during the period of your campaign the client is responsible with updating you with the latest version of that document. It is crucial that this is communicated with the client and we are not help responsible at any point.

  1. Web builder users can now have the friendly Captcha text translated so it's understandable for all consumers in their target markets and locales. This provides localized friendly Captcha experiences to match campaign needs across regions.

Consumer Management (CM)

  1. We have added a new Test Participations tab in the CM area of Cosmos. This tab provides CMs with a centralized location to review and take action on test participation requests. CMs can now easily approve or decline test requests and finalize testing workflows. The goal is to streamline the test participation approval process for our Cosmos users.

Rewards portfolio

  1. We have added Reference columns to tables in the Rewards Portfolio to improve traceability and troubleshooting. Partners, Locations, Offers, and Rewards now have unique References visible when viewing/editing. Specific References can be used to search and sort records. This enables easier duplicate identification and finding specific entries in the Rewards Portfolio. The goal is to improve traceability and troubleshooting workflows for users managing the Rewards Portfolio. References provide a simple way to identify and find specific records.

Tech Debt

  1. Listings V2- Implement listings ingestion and storage with a new structure of the data, this will develop alongside the existing listing V1 until V2 is ready.

  2. Admin Portal- Upgrade .NET projects in admin portal to .NET 8: Update code, dependencies, Dockerfiles and migrations to .NET 8, resolving any issues with incompatible libraries, known vulnerabilities, EF migrations needed, etc - upgrading the portal's .NET runtime without disruption.
